Lost Arts studio

A lot of the fiber arts I enjoy are things like tatting, netmaking, chair caning, and even weaving, where people will come up to me when I demonstrate and solemnly tell me, "That's a lost art."

This is big news. Why is no one covering it? I'm sick to death of hearing how the economy is tanking. It's not really news anymore. Meanwhile, stuff like this happens i n the world, and we never know.

That is awful. 26 km of shelves? Going back how many centuries? I hope they can recover some of it. Stuff like this should not happen: that's why there are structural engineers.
