Wordless Post

A lot of the fiber arts I enjoy are things like tatting, netmaking, chair caning, and even weaving, where people will come up to me when I demonstrate and solemnly tell me, "That's a lost art."
On the Internet, nobody knows you're a chicken. (With apologies to Peter Steiner.)

Great photos! Wow love the Christel!
Ooh, the lace is looking gorgeous. (The rest of the pictures are beautiful, too :) )
Please come to my blog and pick up your award for creative blogging. I would love to learn fiber arts some day!
It would be great if you would link the award to my site and then pass it on to five more!
THanks,
Erika
Is that the Cristel? It's gorgeous! When did you finish it?
I wasn't sure what I was looking at inside the pipe till I saw that the post referenced "birdwatching." It's a nest full of hungry mouths way down there! How totally cool! No pushing the weak brothers out of that nest! But the fledglings will have to climb before they fly. Note: Maximum security is damned uncomfortable.
Wow, what a gorgeous shade of blue, I love it!
I'm wondering how those baby wrents will get out of the pipe, but I guess Wrens like that sort of nest so she must know what she's doing. I accidently disturbed a nest of blue jays yesterday, she came back though, you have to love the sheer fiestiness of jays!
